Mark Goldberg – Chief Executive Officer

Mark Goldberg has served as an officer and consultant to various public and non public companies from 2001 to the present. Mr. Goldberg was a registered stockbroker and manager with various brokerage firms from 1979 through 2001. Mr. Goldberg opened numerous brokerage offices through out the country and was responsible for hiring and training over 1000 stockbrokers throughout his career.

Mr. Goldberg specialized in Mergers and Acquisitions and also participated as a compliance and arbitration advisor when needed. Mr. Goldberg received his BS in Marketing from C.W. Post Long Island University (Brookville, NY) and his AAS in Marketing from Nassau Community College (Garden City, NY)…

Mr. Goldberg also was nominated for a Tony award for producing a Broadway show called Bells are ringing.

Mel Ehrlich – VP Technology

Dr. Ehrlich was a research scientist, Institute of Applied Mathematics at the Courant Institute of New York University (NYU). NYU had the first mainframe digital computer (Univac) in the United States and was the computational facility for the Atomic Energy Commission. Considerable theoretical effort was undertaken in the study of magnetohydrodynamics relating to plasma gas dynamics. In addition to participating in theoretical work, Dr. Ehrlich directed the experimental facility engaged in research in controlled thermonuclear reactions (nuclear fusion). “Project Sherwood” was the code name given to this then secret project.

He is a member of the American Physical Society and New York Academy of Sciences. Dr. Ehrlich has had patents granted in areas as diverse as a thermodynamically pumped laser, scanning microspectrophotometer, photochromics, batteries, and thin film technology. He has published and presented papers on these and other subjects.

Dr. Osiris Madera –  Caribbean Health Markets advisor

Dr. Osiris Madera, the Company’s new Caribbean Health Markets advisor, formerly the Dominican Republic’s Deputy Minister of Health. Dr. Madera has extensive experience in ultrasound, management of health systems and institutional planning and management.

He received his M.D. degree from Universidad Nacional Pedro Henriquez Ureña (UNPHU) in Santo Domingo. Dr. Madera earned an MSc in endocrinology and nutrition from the Ibero-American School of Endocrinology and Nutrition, Madrid, Spain as well as an MSc in Nuclear Medicine from the Universidad Complutense de Madrid, Spain and attended the Ultrasonic School of New York.

He owns an integral health center, Centro Integral de Salud, in the Dominican Republic which is recognized across the Caribbean and Central America.  Dr. Madera is an active member of the Royal College of Physicians of Madrid, Spain; Latin American Association of Planners, San Jose, Costa Rica; and the Medical Association of the Dominican Republic.
